Seo Architect is seeking a talented Intermediate Architectural/Interior Designer to join their team in New York, NY. The role involves translating creative concepts into well-executed designs, collaborating with team members, and coordinating with clients and consultants to deliver high-quality architectural and interior design solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to develop high-quality architectural and interior design solutions.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants to deliver projects efficiently.
• Maintain and optimize the efficiency and accuracy of Revit models.
• Prepare presentation materials with clear graphic communication.
• Manage various projects accordingly and translate concepts into real-world constructable designs.
• Conduct regular site visits, surveys, and meetings within the NYC metro area.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of relevant post-graduate experience in the U.S.
• Expertise in Rhinoceros 3D is essential.
• Strong proficiency with AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (at least 5 years of professional experience).
• Knowledge of applicable local codes and regulations including the NYC Building Code and ADA.
• Strong conceptual and technical design skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage various projects accordingly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with Enscape preferred.
• Familiarity with Sketchup preferred.
• Experience with Public and Government Facilities is preferred.
• Experience in high-end Commercial, Amenity/Hospitality, and Corporate Interiors.
