We are currently seeking an Intermediate Design Architect who possesses a minimum of 5 years of design experience. The ideal candidate will be adept at producing design and presentation drawings and will be capable of undertaking a variety of project-related tasks and responsibilities. This position offers a unique opportunity for accelerated professional growth across a diverse range of project types, allowing the candidate to expand their skills and experience in a supportive environment. The responsibilities of the Intermediate Design Architect will include schematic and design development, which involves creating design and presentation drawings. The candidate will also work collaboratively on construction drawings and will engage with senior staff during the construction administration phase, ensuring that projects are executed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

  • Schematic and Design Development including design and presentation drawings.
  • Working collaboratively on Construction Drawings.
  • Collaborating with Senior Staff during the Construction Administration Phase.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's (5-year) or Master's Degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum of 5 years of design experience.
  • Computer Drawing Skills including BIM (ArchiCAD a plus), AutoCAD, and visualization software, including Rhino.
  • In the process of completing a Professional Licensure track is a plus.
  • Fluent English-language writing skills.
