About the position

S9 Architecture is seeking a highly skilled Intermediate Design Architect with strong design skills and a passion for upholding design integrity through technical execution. This position offers the opportunity to work as a lead design architect for iconic projects across North America. The ideal candidate will assist and collaborate with the project team in producing presentation materials and in presenting designs to clients and other consultants. You will work closely with Design Principals to generate design ideas and compelling narratives for design, ensuring that the design integrity is maintained throughout the various phases of the project including Schematic Design (SD), Design Development (DD), and Construction Documents (CD). In this role, you will develop designs with a keen understanding of time constraints and budgetary requirements, while also ensuring compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
