Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to roll out their brands through building surveys, due diligence, code analysis, and architectural construction documents.
• Coordinate with engineers and manage permitting services for projects.
• Engage in space planning, finish selection, design development, and detailing.
• Participate in construction administration, including shop drawing review and responding to RFIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years of professional experience in a commercial design firm, with proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Excellent design, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• Knowledge of general interior construction methods, materials, details, and standard building codes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop).
• Basic project management skills, including meeting project schedules and deadlines.
