This position is part of the Federated Hermes' Global Technology Organization. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all network hardware and software-related problems are identified and logged in the designated tracking system. You will troubleshoot moderate problems with supported network systems and applications, test, adjust, and troubleshoot equipment as necessary. Additionally, you will respond to high severity/high priority incidents related to on-call data or voice engineering. Your responsibilities will also include assisting in the identification of system and network problems at remote sites, monitoring network performance, generating capacity statistics, and recommending improvements. You will be expected to develop tactical plans for assigned initiatives, ensuring that the network operates efficiently and effectively to support the organization's goals.
