About the position

As an intern at our marketing agency, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission of improving the economy one business at a time through profit-generating websites. You will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, including copywriters, digital marketers, graphic designers, videographers, front-end developers, and programmers. Your primary focus will be on conducting keyword and competitor research, planning and executing campaigns, and developing high-ranking content that boosts client leads, sales, and visibility. This position is designed for individuals eager to learn and grow in the field of SEO marketing, providing you with the opportunity to gain marketable skills and experience in a dynamic environment. In this role, you will generate content based on pre-identified keyword subtopics provided by our SEO specialist and digital marketing mentors. You will also learn to create your own subtopics with guidance from the SEO manager. Your content will be enhanced with effective calls to action, and you will have the chance to learn junior and entry-level skills that will make you a competitive applicant for future SEO marketing roles, including positions such as SEO analyst. Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with the SEO lead, the SEO team, and various departments including project management, copy, design, development, and sales to ensure the success of our projects. We are looking for self-starters who thrive in a team environment and are passionate about making a meaningful impact. Responsibilities

  • Conduct keyword and competitor research

Requirements

  • Familiarity with or eagerness to learn HTML, Google Analytics, Data Studio, and/or Search Console
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Enjoy strategizing to achieve meaningful results
