About the position

The Account Manager Intern position at Lumen Technologies is a summer internship designed for students who are eager to learn and grow in the field of technology and sales. Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in the Virginia, Maryland, and DC large enterprise markets.
  • Set appointments for sellers and engage in customer-facing activities.
  • Shadow sellers to learn about capability and technology briefings.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and prospect within the account base.

Requirements

  • Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, with rising senior level education status at the start of the internship.
  • Graduating between August 2025 and May 2027.
  • Proficiency in standard Microsoft tools such as PowerPoint and Outlook.
