About the position

As an Agile Transformation Intern at Rockwell Automation, you will collaborate with a team of industry professionals to facilitate Agile Transformation initiatives. This role involves partnering with Scrum Masters and Kanban Facilitators to enhance business delivery and promote continuous improvement within teams focused on product development. You will engage in hands-on activities, support project management responsibilities, and gain exposure to the company's operations and culture.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of industry professionals in Agile Transformation.
• Partner with Scrum Masters and Kanban Facilitators to enable successful business delivery.
• Design, improve, and collect metrics in partnership with teams.
• Identify waste and bottlenecks and work to remediate them through continuous improvement efforts.
• Enable portfolio-wide planning for Sensing, Safety, & Industrial Components (SIC).
• Provide tooling assistance and instruction.
• Support the creation, development, and sunset of teams focused on product delivery.
• Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending.
• Monitor projects from initiation through delivery.
• Organize interdepartmental activities to ensure project completion on schedule and within budget constraints.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Understanding of Lean principles.
• Ability to support project management responsibilities.
• Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
