About the position

The Intern, Associate Technical Account Manager position at Yardi offers university students a chance to gain hands-on experience in the real estate SaaS industry. Interns will work closely with the Technical Account Management team to provide software support and implementation guidance, while also learning about the financial accounting and business operations functions of Yardi's property management software. This role emphasizes customer support, collaboration, and the opportunity to become a subject matter expert in Proptech.

Responsibilities

• Introduce clients to the Yardi suite of products and services.
• Partner with the Technical Account Management team during client training sessions related to new software upgrades and functionality.
• Provide customer support while assisting clients with troubleshooting software concerns.
• Assist in the support of client software installation and configuration.
• Collaborate with team members across the organization.

Requirements

• Junior or senior level college hours with a major in Accounting, Economics, Computer Information Systems, Statistics, or General Business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively follow processes.
• Essential customer service skills and commitment to go the extra mile.
• Intellectual curiosity and the ability to research and learn new concepts.
• Flexibility and the ability to manage changing priorities comfortably.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in Property Management Software Solutions.
• Database or data warehouse courses as well as exposure to SQL and/or MS Access.
