About the position

The Business Analyst Intern position at Lumen is a fully remote, 10-week summer internship program designed for rising seniors enrolled in a 4-year accredited college or university. The intern will support the development of the 2026 Acceleration & Growth Team plan by collaborating with various integrated teams, including finance, HR, and business operations. This role emphasizes strategic thinking, communication, and organizational skills to create a comprehensive plan for the upcoming year.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of the 2026 Acceleration & Growth Team plan.
• Review artifacts from the 2025 planning process to build out the strategy and plan.
• Work across integrated teams including finance, HR, revenue operations, and business operations.
• Develop communications and organize planning meetings.
• Compile a comprehensive 2026 plan.

Requirements

• Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, with rising senior level education status at the start of the internship.
• Graduating between August 2025 and May 2027.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week during the 10-week program (May 30 - August 8, 2025).
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
• Experience with data and analytics, particularly using Power BI.

Benefits
