About the position

Lumen is seeking a Business Analyst Intern for a fully remote, 10-week summer internship program. The intern will support the PMO organization by conducting reporting and data analysis, assisting program and project managers, and creating communications for various organizational levels. This role emphasizes data analysis, communication, and project management support, aimed at empowering interns to reach their full potential while contributing to Lumen's mission of connecting the world.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reporting and data analysis to support various activities and actions.
• Assist program and project managers by pulling and analyzing data.
• Create draft communications for program leads at different organizational levels, including VP and Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
• Support project management activities as needed.

Requirements

• Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, with rising senior level education status at the start of the internship.
• Graduating between August 2025 and May 2026.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Understanding of data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Azure.

Benefits
