About the position

The Business Analyst Intern position at Lumen is a fully remote, 10-week summer internship designed for rising seniors enrolled in a 4-year accredited college or university. The intern will engage in data analysis and reporting to support project management activities, assisting program and project managers in creating communications for various organizational levels. This role emphasizes a blend of analytical skills, communication, and project management support, aimed at empowering interns to contribute to Lumen's mission of connecting the world through technology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reporting and data analysis to support various activities and actions.
• Assist program and project managers by pulling and analyzing data.
• Create draft communications for program leads at different organizational levels, including VP and Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
• Support project management activities through data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, with rising senior level education status at the start of the internship.
• Graduating between August 2025 and May 2026.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Understanding of data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Azure.
