About the position

Lumen is offering a fully immersive, 10-week summer internship program for a Business Analyst Intern within its PMO organization. The intern will engage in data analysis and reporting to support various activities, assisting program and project managers in creating communications for different organizational levels. This role combines data analysis, communication, and project management support, aimed at empowering interns to reach their full potential while contributing to Lumen's mission of connecting the world.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reporting and data analysis to support various activities and actions.
• Assist program and project managers by pulling and analyzing data.
• Create draft communications for program leads at different organizational levels, including VP and Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
• Support project management activities as needed.

Requirements

• Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, with rising senior level education status at the start of the internship.
• Graduating between August 2025 and May 2026.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Understanding of data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Azure.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week during the 10-week program.

Benefits

• Hourly compensation ranging from $22.00 to $35.00 per hour based on education level and experience.
