About the position

Lumen is seeking a Business Analyst Intern for a fully remote, 10-week summer internship program in 2025. The intern will support the development of the 2026 Acceleration & Growth Team plan by collaborating with various integrated teams to create a comprehensive strategy and plan. This role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and organizational skills, as the intern will be responsible for developing communications, organizing planning meetings, and compiling the final plan.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of the 2026 Acceleration & Growth Team plan.
• Review artifacts from the 2025 planning process.
• Work across integrated teams including finance, HR, revenue operations, and business operations.
• Create a multi-track plan for the 2026 strategy.
• Develop communications for the planning process.
• Organize planning meetings and compile a comprehensive 2026 plan.

Requirements

• Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, with rising senior level education status at the start of the internship.
• Graduating between August 2025 and May 2027.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
• Experience with data and analytics, particularly using Power BI.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week during the 10-week program.

Benefits
