About the position

The Intern Summer - Business Undergrad position at Sandia National Laboratories offers an opportunity for undergraduate students to gain practical experience in business development within a national security context. Interns will support business development staff in executing strategies, conducting market research, and developing marketing materials, contributing to the organization's goals for partnerships and program development.

Responsibilities

• Supporting business development staff to execute stakeholder and partnership strategies for national security programs and technologies (DoD, NNSA, DOE and others)
• Conducting market research, and gathering and analyzing information
• Assisting with marketing plans and strategy development
• Developing materials for outreach, marketing and branding (including websites and other web-based environments)
• Supporting business development staff in executing partner and stakeholder interactions, such as workshops and site visits

Requirements

• Currently attending and enrolled full time in an accredited related undergraduate program
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week during the summer
• Ability to secure and maintain a U.S. security clearance which requires U.S. citizenship
