About the position

Internships within Lifecycle Services (LCS) provide unique opportunities to develop your engineering, analytical, and customer-centric skills. As a Communications & Network Support Intern, you will play a vital role in assisting engineers in duplicating customer issues, maintaining Rockwell Automation equipment, and interacting with customers either by phone or electronically. This position will allow you to learn about the various Rockwell Automation products, tools, and services we provide, giving you a comprehensive understanding of the industry and enhancing your professional development. The internship is designed to immerse you in a real-world environment where you can apply your academic knowledge while gaining hands-on experience. You will work closely with experienced professionals who will guide you through the intricacies of customer support and technical assistance. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Active enrollment in a four year or advanced degree program at an accredited university
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future
