The Guidehouse Internship Program is designed to provide interns with a meaningful experience at a global professional services organization. Interns will be engaged in real-world projects, working alongside teams to deliver real-time results in support of clients. Each intern will be paired with a Buddy, who will assist them in navigating their Guidehouse experience. The internship is a 10-week program scheduled to start on June 2, 2025, and run until August 8, 2025. During this period, interns will participate in various Learning & Development sessions, including both E-learning and Instructor-Led formats, and will undergo performance management processes that include setting goals and evaluations at the mid-point and end of the internship. Interns will have opportunities to network through social activities and events, participate in a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Intern Event, and attend an Intern Speaker Series. The role will involve supporting the Federal Contracts team, where interns will assist with contract administration from cradle to grave. This includes preparing and reviewing essential documents such as Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, and Requests for Proposal (RFP). Interns will advise management on contractual rights, obligations, and risks, and participate in negotiations with clients to establish terms and conditions for assigned contracts. They will also communicate issues effectively and propose solutions for contractual challenges, participate in proposal preparation, process contract awards and modifications, and maintain contractual documentation in various internal databases and SharePoint sites. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in kickstarting their careers in Federal Contracts, providing a closer look at how Guidehouse approaches the industry. Interns will gain valuable skills and experience in understanding Federal contract and subcontract operations from both strategic and tactical perspectives, as well as translating business opportunities into key legal and procurement imperatives.
