INTERN, CORPORATE PARTNERSHIPS

About the position

The Corporate Partnerships Intern at the Arizona Diamondbacks will assist in fulfilling corporate partner obligations and support the sales and activation team. This internship offers hands-on experience in marketing, event planning, and customer service within a professional sports environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the fulfillment of corporate partner contractual obligations including hospitality, signage, VIP experiences, ticket fulfillment, etc.
• Create presentations that communicate and deliver the value of the partnership including mini-event recaps, routine in-season updates and post-season recaps.
• Coordinate tracking and measurement of deliverables and reporting of analytics.
• Facilitate and support the execution of partner game day promotions and contests, in addition to other game day duties.
• Support Corporate Partnership sales and activation team with tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be a junior, senior, postgraduate student, or within one year of post-graduation with preferred majors of Marketing, Advertising, Business or Sports Management.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail while multi-tasking.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and design programs including Canva.
• Customer service experience, a plus.
• Must be able to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays and home games as needed.
