About The Position

Zions Bancorporation is seeking a Data, Technology, Cybersecurity & Risk Oversight Intern for the summer of 2024. This paid internship will run from mid-May to mid-August and is designed for local candidates, as relocation assistance is not available. This team is responsible for overseeing bank-wide programs that assist senior management in identifying, assessing, and monitoring data-related risks. The internship provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the broad scope of banking operations, establishing a solid foundation for a future career in the industry. Interns will collaborate with team members to facilitate the development and implementation of processes related to data, technology, and cyber risk oversight. The role will also involve preparing reports and memos for stakeholders, requiring strong analytical and critical thinking skills to enhance and execute Zions Bancorporation's Risk Management Framework. The environment is dynamic, with frequent communication with stakeholders, including issue owners and executives, on both micro and macro levels.
