About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist Intern will support the marketing team in managing customer-facing marketing emails, maintaining the customer database, and utilizing marketing technology platforms. This role involves data analysis for audience segmentation and facilitating account-based marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Sales team. The intern will engage in various projects aimed at enhancing marketing operations and customer engagement through data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor database health and perform data cleansing updates.
• Analyze and visualize analytics to support data-driven decisions.
• Perform marketing operations functions such as process documentation and organization.
• Manage production of email creative modules designed to drive customer engagement.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a B.A or B.S Degree with an emphasis on Marketing and Analytics/Statistics.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Ability to identify areas for optimization and adjust in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with database/relational database management.
• Familiarity with SharePoint.
• Experience with Marketing Automation or CRM software.
• Experience with Analytics/Visualization tools (Excel, Google Analytics, Looker, Power BI).
• Experience in the semiconductor industry or other high-tech manufacturing.
