About the position

The Experience Analyst Intern position at Lumen is a 10-week summer internship designed for rising seniors enrolled in a 4-year accredited college or university. The role focuses on enhancing customer, partner, and employee experiences through various initiatives, including journey mapping and data analysis. Interns will work remotely and are expected to demonstrate curiosity, innovation, and a passion for advancing technology while contributing to the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage in customer advocacy and ensure a seamless total customer experience through journey mapping and Omni-channel communication strategies.
• Manage lifecycle management for products to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
• Establish a voice of partner listening program and improve tools and processes for the partner ecosystem.
• Enhance seller productivity and automate customer success processes for AGT employees.
• Conduct customer listening initiatives through surveys and develop a customer data platform.

Requirements

• Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, with rising senior level education status at the start of the internship.
• Graduating between August 2025 and May 2027.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week during the 10-week program (May 30 - August 8, 2025).
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools and platforms, including familiarity with Microsoft's Power Platform and understanding of Adobe's AEP.
