About the position
As a Sales Intern at FedEx, you will gain valuable real-world experience in a professional environment related to your field of study. This internship involves engaging with businesses, understanding customer needs, and collaborating with internal teams while receiving sales training and ongoing coaching.
Responsibilities
- Make calls to businesses with accounts to engage decision makers and learn customer needs.
- Update records and collaborate with internal contacts.
- Identify new opportunities using sales methodology and engage support as necessary.
- Create impactful team presentations and present to the assigned region.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student or recent college graduate (within 6 months of graduation) at a college/university with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
- Ability to work productively and proactively, both independently and as part of a team.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrates interpersonal communication skills.
- Time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits
