The Parker Accounting Internship Program is designed to cultivate new talent by immersing interns in the dynamic and challenging field of corporate and manufacturing accounting. This paid internship offers a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience with real-world projects, tasks, challenges, and opportunities that exist within the industry. Interns will be assigned to a Parker location or the Corporate Headquarters, where they will engage in meaningful work that contributes to their professional development. The program aims to prepare interns for the Accounting Leadership Development Program, ensuring that they emerge as exceptionally prepared candidates for future roles in accounting. Interns will have the flexibility to work part-time during the school year, with a commitment of 16-24 hours per week. Throughout the internship, participants will be provided with specific, measurable goals to track their progress and development. The program includes a Report Out Meeting and a Final Review, allowing interns to showcase their work and receive feedback. This structure not only enhances their learning experience but also equips them with the skills necessary to thrive in a corporate environment.
