About the position

The Guidehouse Internship Program offers a 10-week immersive experience for interns, allowing them to work on real-world projects within a global professional services organization. Interns will engage with teams to deliver tangible results for clients while receiving mentorship and support from a designated Buddy. The program includes learning sessions, networking opportunities, and collaborative group projects, all aimed at enhancing the interns' professional development in the finance sector.

Responsibilities

• Support the CFO and Financial operations team in various tasks related to financial analysis.
• Participate in the analysis of the company's financial results and assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Engage in assigned projects with internal teams and reflect on personal and professional development during meetings with upper management.
• Collaborate with fellow interns on group projects and participate in networking and social activities.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program with a graduation date by Summer 2026.
• No prior work experience required.

Nice-to-haves

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Working knowledge of financial statements and financial modeling.
• Experience in automating or streamlining processes.
• Ability to work in teams to produce high-impact deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience interacting with leadership.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Active participation in discussions and meetings.
