About the position

The Guidehouse Internship Program offers a 10-week immersive experience for interns in the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) department. Interns will engage in real-world projects, collaborate with teams, and receive mentorship to enhance their professional development. This internship provides a unique opportunity to understand financial operations and contribute to the analysis of the company's financial results, supporting annual budgets and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Support the CFO and Financial operations team in various tasks.
• Analyze the company's financial results and assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Participate in learning and development sessions, including e-learning and instructor-led training.
• Engage in networking and social activities with fellow interns and upper management.
• Collaborate on group projects to produce high-impact work products.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program with a focus on Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• No prior work experience required, but a strong interest in finance is essential.
• Authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.

Nice-to-haves

• Proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of financial statements and financial modeling.
• Experience in automating or streamlining processes.
• Ability to work effectively in teams and produce high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
