About the position
The internship at CoreLogic offers students a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the property industry, working alongside GIS staff on real technology projects and business challenges. Interns will engage with cutting-edge technologies such as cloud-native applications, machine learning, and AI, contributing to the creation of data products that support real estate and insurance professionals in making significant financial decisions. Responsibilities
- Participate in day-to-day work environment and contribute to real technology projects.
- Utilize tools to compile, query, and analyze data according to defined business roles and procedures.
- Produce reports from various data sources to provide actionable information to business stakeholders.
- Track project information, follow up on issue status, and resolve routine issues.
- Participate in Internship Program activities including onboarding, educational activities, and social events.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in a related field at an accredited 4-year college or university.
- Minimum of two years of relevant coursework completed.
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative collegiate GPA on a 4.0 scale or equivalent.
- Prior internship or co-op experience preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership experience through participation in on-campus activities.
Nice-to-haves
- Extensive GIS coursework.
- Experience with Python, FME, BI Tools, ETL, or Web GIS Development.
- Participation in campus activities related to the field.
