About the position

The internship at CoreLogic offers students a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the property industry, working alongside GIS staff on real technology projects and business challenges. Interns will engage with cutting-edge technologies such as cloud-native applications, machine learning, and AI, contributing to the creation of data products that support real estate and insurance professionals in making significant financial decisions. This role emphasizes professional growth, collaboration, and the application of analytical skills in a supportive and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in day-to-day work environment and contribute to real technology projects.
  • Utilize tools to compile, query, and analyze data according to defined business roles and procedures.
  • Produce reports from various data sources to provide actionable information to business stakeholders.
  • Track project information, follow up on issue status, and resolve routine issues.
  • Participate in Internship Program activities including onboarding, educational activities, and social events.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in a related field at an accredited 4-year college or university.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant coursework completed.
  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative collegiate GPA on a 4.0 scale or equivalent.
  • Prior internship or co-op experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience through participation in on-campus activities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Extensive GIS coursework.
  • Experience with Python, FME, BI Tools, ETL, or Web GIS Development.
  • Participation in campus activities related to the field.
