About the position

The Growth Product Manager Intern at WEX Inc. is part of the End to End Experiences team, focusing on enhancing customer experiences by understanding their needs and testing hypotheses. This role emphasizes customer empathy, data-driven insights, and collaboration across various business functions to drive product performance and align with corporate strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand customer needs through empathy and data analysis.
  • Refine experiments using qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decisions.
  • Actively learn and understand different perspectives to tailor messaging and foster collaboration.
  • Leverage data to assess product performance and prioritize valuable work.
  • Understand WEX's corporate strategy and market trends to align product offerings with customer needs.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a rising junior or senior in a degree/certificate-seeking accredited program.
  • Self-starter with a curious and learning mindset.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with various business groups (e.g., Marketing, Design, Sales, Tech).
  • Strong project management skills, including planning and execution.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present to various audiences.
  • Ability to leverage data to measure experiment outcomes and translate them into business recommendations.
