About the position

The Talent Acquisition Intern at Subaru of America, Inc. offers students a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources, specifically in talent acquisition. This internship is designed for students pursuing a Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources, providing them with the chance to work on impactful projects, collaborate with professionals, and develop essential skills for their future careers. The internship lasts for one year, with varying hours during the summer and school year, and is based at Subaru's headquarters in Camden, NJ.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Talent Acquisition HR Team to drive talent programs across the business
  • Support team with organizing, hosting, and developing university program events
  • Exposure to Talent Acquisition Operations including corporate, field, university, & diversity recruiting
  • Support all recruitment marketing needs such as content creation, social media scheduling, employee advocacy generation, recruiting insights, market research and more
  • Develop targeted employer branding campaigns from concept generation to execution that align with short and long-term strategic hiring priorities, track, measure and report on campaign results
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support with process-improvement projects and day-to-day tasks
  • Engage in personal and professional development
  • Gain meaningful real-world work experience
  • Get exposure to senior leadership and strategic business activities and decisions
  • Receive coaching and feedback from an assigned mentor

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or MBA with a major in Human Resources
  • At least 1 year of work experience
  • Must be an active student for the entire length of internship
  • Juniors, Seniors planning to pursue a Master's Degree, or students currently enrolled in a Master's Program
