About the position

The Dexcom Summer Intern Program offers a unique opportunity for students to work with innovative technology in the field of continuous glucose monitoring (CGM). Interns will engage in meaningful projects that contribute to the company's mission of improving health outcomes for diabetes patients. The program is designed to develop the next generation of talent through hands-on experience, professional development, and engagement in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Support gross-to-net submissions, including validation and reconciliation.
• Manage customer communications and dispute resolution.
• Coordinate payments while ensuring compliance with contract deadlines and conditions.
• Update and provide reporting on contracts, contract prices, payments, and disputes.
• Assist with contract management, government filings, reports, and audits.
• Help develop department SOPs that support Contracting, Payer Analytics & Operations functions.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student at an accredited college or university with an expected graduation date of December 2025 or later.
• High school diploma/certificate or equivalent required.
• Exceptional attention to detail in written and verbal communication.
• Experience in fast-paced, matrix environments with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with Tableau and IQVIA preferred.
