About the position

The Intern II - User Research position at Dexcom Corporation is a summer internship aimed at developing the next generation of talent in the field of user research. Interns will engage in high-quality mixed methods research to support the planning and execution of various research projects, contributing to the company's mission of improving health outcomes through innovative technology. Responsibilities

• Support the planning and conducting of high-quality mixed methods research.
• Assist in defining research objectives and determining methodologies.
• Oversee recruitment for research participants.
• Develop discussion guides and questionnaires for research studies.
• Collaborate with user research colleagues and key stakeholders throughout the research process.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in conducting end-to-end research, including creating research plans and overseeing recruitment.
• Familiarity with user-centered research methods such as one-on-one interviews, usability testing, and A/B testing.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Currently enrolled Master's, JD, or PhD student with an expected graduation date of December 2025 or later.
