About The Position
The position involves providing comprehensive support to the International Banker (IB) and assisting staff members with client interactions and back-office departments to ensure prompt and accurate service. The role requires participation in consultative client conversations with Client Relationship Associates (CRAs) and fielding banking inquiries made by clients. It is essential to escalate difficult situations quickly and efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the position supports branch operational activities and performs clerical duties as needed. The candidate will process account opening forms and account maintenance under the supervision of CRAs, prepare documents for customers, and follow up on their receipt while processing with the back office. Building knowledge of risk management and loss prevention while adhering to all policies and procedures is crucial.
