About the position
The Fidelity Intern Program, known as the FIDTERN Program, offers a unique opportunity for college juniors to gain hands-on experience in financial planning and customer service within a fast-paced environment. Interns will support critical business projects, engage in professional development activities, and collaborate with financial professionals to enhance their understanding of personal investing and financial planning. This 10-week program runs from June 2 to August 8, 2025, requiring in-person participation approximately three days a week.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service support to clients visiting or calling the branch.
- Assist financial professionals in delivering a full range of investment products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to address business challenges and enhance customer experience.
- Participate in challenging work assignments to gain valuable experience in the financial services industry.
- Identify new opportunities for enhancements in client services.
Requirements
- Current undergraduate student in their junior year of college.
- Interest in investing and wealth management.
- Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
- Leadership experience and involvement in student organizations.
