About the position

The Hanover's Internship Program provides college students with the opportunity to work on a variety of critical business assignments, test your skills, use your academic knowledge, and match your interests to a real job. This 10-week summer internship program runs from June to mid-August and is designed to offer meaningful projects that allow interns to work alongside some of the very best talent in the industry. Interns will be supported and mentored by a community of exceptional talent, including leaders, managers, subject matter experts, and recent graduates. Throughout the internship, participants will engage in a cross-functional team-building project focused on corporate philanthropy, attend weekly development workshops with their intern peers, and join in engagement and social activities with other interns. The program aims to recruit highly skilled students for potential future full-time employment opportunities upon graduation. In this role, interns will collaborate with the Data Architecture team to provide solutions and deliver data mappings and workflows in support of specialty lines. They will also experiment with typical IT project delivery responsibilities such as business analysis, data/solution analysis, and project management. Interns will participate in project work that may include planning, requirements gathering, workflow documentation, process efficiency assessment, data analysis, research, presentation of recommendations, or implementation. At the end of the internship, interns will create and present a final presentation for management and leadership members, highlighting the work they accomplished throughout the summer.
