About the position

The IT Service Desk Intern position at Quartz offers a paid internship opportunity for students to gain valuable experience in the field of information technology. This role is designed to provide hands-on training and professional development from June to August 2025, preparing interns for future career paths in IT service management.

Responsibilities

• Participate and learn important skills in real-world situations applicable to a career in IT.
• Gain industry knowledge about health insurance products, regulations, and competitors.
• Develop professional skills such as communication, time management, and workplace etiquette.
• Achieve proficiency in the Microsoft Windows 10 environment, including Microsoft 365.
• Receive on-the-job training in technical problem solving and user support in a helpdesk/service desk setting.
• Manage and resolve tickets from ServiceNow and address user issues over the phone.

Requirements

• Demonstrated interest in IT Service Desk as a potential career path.
• Ability to work 40 hours a week from June to August 2025.
• Seeking a student pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, graduating between December 2025 and June 2026.
