About the position

The Marketing Campaigns Intern at Lumen will engage in a 10-week summer internship program designed for students interested in digital innovation and marketing. The intern will gain hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns while working closely with the Growth Marketing team. This role emphasizes learning and collaboration, providing an opportunity to contribute to real marketing projects and develop professional skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn to plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns.
• Process incoming email and paid media requests.
• Schedule project kickoff calls and create campaign reporting presentations.
• Shadow team members involved in various sectors of marketing campaigns.
• Conduct research and education related to marketing initiatives.
• Assist in copywriting and designing emails.
• Attend campaign team meetings.

Requirements

• Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, with rising senior level education status at the start of the internship.
• Graduating between August 2025 and May 2027.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Co-pilot exposure is a nice to have.

Benefits

• Hourly compensation ranging from $22.00 to $36.00 per hour based on education and experience.
