About the position

Lumen is offering a 10-week summer internship program for students interested in digital innovation, specifically within the Marketing organization. The Marketing Campaigns Intern will gain hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns while working closely with team members across various marketing sectors. This role is designed to empower interns to reach their full potential and contribute to Lumen's mission of connecting the world through technology.

Responsibilities

• Learn to plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns.
• Process incoming email and paid media requests.
• Schedule project kickoff calls and create campaign reporting presentations.
• Shadow team members involved in different sectors of marketing campaigns.
• Conduct research and education related to marketing initiatives.
• Assist in copywriting and designing emails for campaigns.
• Attend campaign team meetings.

Requirements

• Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, with rising senior level education status at the start of the internship.
• Graduating between August 2025 and May 2027.
• Preferred fields include Marketing, Communications, PR, and Business.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week during the 10-week program (May 30 - August 8, 2025).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Exposure to Co-pilot is a plus.
