About the position

The Marketing Intern - Digital Journey Strategist position at Lumen is a 10-week summer internship designed for rising seniors in college. The intern will support marketing campaigns by documenting customer experiences across various touchpoints and analyzing performance metrics. This role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders to optimize campaign strategies and ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting marketing campaigns by working on journey alignment across campaigns.
• Identify and document the customer experience across various touchpoints.
• Respond to provided analytics to track the performance of different touchpoints in the customer journey.
• Align with stakeholders to communicate the phases in the journey during campaign planning and optimization.
• Manage and compartmentalize tasks for each campaign to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

• Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, with rising senior level education status at the start of the internship.
• Graduating between August 2025 and May 2027.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Excel).
• Understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and marketing principles and strategies.

Benefits
