About the position

The internship at Chamberlain Group offers a unique opportunity for students to engage in meaningful projects that align with the company's business strategy and transformation. Interns will gain hands-on experience in mobile development, working closely with experienced professionals and participating in various training and networking activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop elements for mobile projects
• Assist in implementing layout and functionality specs
• Assist Development team in completing projects on time
• Participate in the brainstorming of user experience (UI/UX) and mobile development solutions
• Contribute to multi-screen development including implementation of mobile-responsive design

Requirements

• Experience creating native mobile applications in either Swift (iOS) or Kotlin (Android)
• Must be able to work from our Oakbrook, IL office (15 miles west of Chicago) 3 days a week

Nice-to-haves

• Rising Senior standing towards a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields of study from an accredited college or university
• Completed mobile development online courses or bootcamps
• Functional knowledge of Version Control Systems (GIT)
• Awareness of the latest development trends and ability to adapt these trends into mobile functionality
