Nassau's 10-week internship program provides an opportunity for college students to learn more about their field of study while gaining valuable hands-on work experience. The program also allows Nassau to build relationships with the top talent of the future. During this internship, we will ask you to become an active member of the innovation and marketing team, completing a wide variety of tasks that help drive towards accomplishing our goals. We will ask you to research startups, create content for social media platforms, and create a fresh strategy to market our three podcasts, That Annuity Show, Prime Life Podcast and Re/Imagine Podcast. You will assess the performance based on data collected through Google Analytics, Google Ads, our marketing automation tools, and engagement results. Our team will also ask you to assist the team with projects related to video production and a wide range of innovation focused events. You will develop actionable insights that will lead to selection of podcast guests and revisions in the campaigns ranging from creative content to digital advertising strategies. This may require interviews with internal stakeholders, startups, external startups, and our partners. You will present your analysis and findings to key leaders in the company. Based on the feedback, you will work with the team to build the approved campaign and see it launched.
