About the position

The Intern - Offer Management Analyst position at Lumen is a summer internship designed for students eager to explore digital innovation and gain practical experience in the telecommunications industry. This fully remote, 10-week program offers interns the opportunity to work on active projects that support Lumen's growth in enterprise market revenue by developing unique commercial offers. Interns will engage with senior leadership, participate in community outreach, and enhance their professional skills while contributing to the company's objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support Lumen's growth of enterprise market revenue by developing unique commercial offers.
• Perform a variety of finance and contract business activities to meet revenue growth objectives.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms.
• Provide consultative, strategic, and analytic services to multiple sales teams to achieve sales and profitability objectives.
• Create internal pricing models for renewal and acquisition market opportunities.
• Financially evaluate sales opportunities and assess risks of customer requested terms and conditions.
• Consult with various internal organizations involved in the pricing/contracts process.

Requirements

• Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, with rising senior level education status at the start of the internship.
• Graduating between August 2025 and May 2026.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
