About the position

The OM Operations Analyst Intern will engage in project-based work within the Order Management group at Micron Technology. This role is designed for current college students, particularly those in their senior year or first year of a master's program, who are interested in pursuing a career in the semiconductor industry. The intern will be involved in various initiatives aimed at Organizational Transformation, which includes reviewing existing roles within the team, gathering relevant data, and assisting in identifying skill gaps among team members. The intern will also be responsible for making proposals for evolving these roles to better meet the needs of the organization. In addition to the Organizational Transformation projects, the intern will provide support for communication on various projects and customer-facing topics. This will involve collaborating with team members to ensure that information is effectively conveyed to stakeholders. The intern will also engage in data analytics to support major initiatives, such as a Customer Experience project, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the semiconductor industry while contributing to meaningful projects that impact the company's operations and customer satisfaction.
