About the position

The OM Operations Analyst Intern will engage in project-based work within the Order Management group at Micron Technology. This role focuses on Organizational Transformation, data analytics, and supporting major initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing roles within the organization
• Gathering data to support projects
• Assisting in identifying skill gaps
• Making proposals for evolving roles
• Communicating on projects and customer-facing topics
• Providing support in the form of data analytics
• Offering general project support for major initiatives such as a Customer Experience project
• Participating in continuous improvement projects

Requirements

• Current college student in Senior year (or Junior year) of bachelor's or first year of master's program
• Interest in pursuing a position in the Semiconductor industry
