About the position

The Intern Personal Shopping position at Mytheresa involves supporting the Personal Shopping and Client Relations Team in delivering exceptional luxury shopping experiences for VIP clients. The role focuses on assisting with operational tasks, client appointments, and event support, all aimed at enhancing the client journey and bridging online and offline shopping experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the Personal Shopping client journey
• Assist in ensuring an exceptional luxury shopping experience for top clients
• Support Personal Shopping team with operational tasks such as adding reservations, processing orders, arranging pick-ups and returns, label creation, and hold and memo process
• Assist Personal Shoppers with creating edits and organizing outreach
• Assist with events when necessary, from set-up to breakdown
• Assist Personal Shopping with appointments for clients
• Provide administrative support

Requirements

• Self-starter who is proactive and able to assist Personal Shoppers to drive business
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
• Attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong computer skills and some knowledge and experience with digital sales
• Strong sense of urgency
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
