About the position

Responsibilities

• Work with department heads to determine specific intern hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment processes.
• Design training procedures using various methods such as individual training, group instruction, and on-the-job training.
• Monitor and provide timely feedback to interns regarding their performance and areas for improvement.
• Develop a systematic performance evaluation process for interns and maintain training manuals and educational materials.
• Compile data and analyze training outcomes to measure the success of the internship program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years of experience managing and training employees in a fast-paced customer service-oriented environment.
• Experience in program management, human resources, or organizational development is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with department personnel and interns.
