About the position

Epsilon is seeking a Data Visualization Intern to create innovative visualization systems that demonstrate the business value of its digital marketing platform. The intern will work with a collaborative team to develop effective visualization tools that answer business questions using large datasets, contributing to a rich environment of analytics and insights.

Responsibilities

• Create effective visualization tools that use data to answer business questions in an engaging manner.
• Develop a basic understanding of digital marketing and Epsilon's personalization platform.
• Collaborate with team members to solve technology and business problems using visualization expertise.

Requirements

• PhD level candidates with significant experience in data visualization and/or visual analytics.
• Solid foundational understanding and experience with data visualization principles and tools.
• Practical real-world UX/UI experience.
• Solid JavaScript or TypeScript programming skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with data science, clustering, and machine learning.
• Experience with statistics and big data analytics techniques.
• Experience with D3.js, WebGL, or Three.js.
• Expert level Tableau skills with a portfolio of advanced charting.
