About the position

The Revenue Cycle Management Analyst Intern position at Labcorp is part of the Global Internship Program, designed for students pursuing degrees in various fields such as Finance, Business Administration, and related sciences. This fully remote internship offers a 12-week full-time assignment where interns will engage in project-based work, gain hands-on experience, and receive professional development support. Interns will work closely with the collection team to assist in revenue management tasks, contributing to Labcorp's mission of improving health and lives globally.

Responsibilities

• Support the collection of account receivable balances alongside the collection team.
• Assist with the reconciliation of the AR subledger to the General Ledger.
• Prepare monthly executive RCM presentations and supporting schedules/reports.
• Analyze invoice and collection data to support performance and internal control KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the RCM team in preparation for the Oracle Fusion accounting system.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting across multiple organizational levels.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced team setting to meet deadlines.
• Experience using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting.
