About the position

The Sales Enablement and Education Intern at FedEx will engage in various projects that provide real-world experience in a professional setting. This role focuses on developing solutions that enhance business operations and customer experiences while participating in networking and community service events.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development of projects, programs, and applications for the FedEx Sales teams.
  • Work across departments to support current initiatives aimed at increasing Sales efficiency.
  • Conduct research, analysis, and provide recommendations for Corporate Sales initiatives including education, communication, events, programs, and processes.
  • Manage projects, develop reports, and document processes/procedures while recommending improvements.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled student or recent college graduate (within 6 months of graduation) with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Pursuing a Business Degree or related discipline.
  • Ability to work productively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
  • Experience in developing marketing and digital content.
  • Familiarity with design thinking and user experience with websites and interfaces.
  • Consulting, project management, or strategy experience.
