About the position

This internship position is an excellent opportunity for a current STEM student looking to gain experience within a Research & Development (R&D) environment. The intern will work closely with R&D engineers and lab personnel on new product development and research projects, assisting with testing, problem solving, and data analysis. This internship requires in-office attendance four days per week from May 27, 2025, to August 7, 2025.

Responsibilities

• Learn test methods
• Participate in sample and prototype creation
• Perform tests and collect data
• Analyze data
• Consult with engineers and lab technicians on testing
• Participate in problem-solving efforts
• Document and present results

Requirements

• Pursuing a STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math)
• Good communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
• Capable of working with others
• Experience with using MS Office tools (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice-to-haves

• Chemistry or engineering is a preferred field of study (not required)
