About the position

The Social Media Intern will play a crucial role in enhancing the social media presence of Simon shopping centers by creating engaging content for Instagram and TikTok. This position involves collaborating with local marketing teams to highlight unique shopping experiences and promotions, while also aligning with corporate marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Craft eye-popping visuals and killer captions for social media posts.
• Stay ahead of the latest Instagram and TikTok trends and potentially start new trends.
• Master the use of hashtags to increase discoverability and audience reach.
• Produce engaging TikTok videos that reflect the brand's personality.
• Respond to comments and DMs to foster community engagement.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Strong creativity and skills in content creation for social media.
• Tech-savvy with familiarity in the latest social media tools and trends.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with local and corporate teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
