About the position

Lumen is offering a fully immersive, 10-week summer internship program for students interested in digital innovation. The internship provides an opportunity to broaden knowledge, build a strong network, and kickstart a career in a supportive environment. Interns will engage in content development for marketing campaigns and will have the chance to publish their work, all while being part of a company committed to diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Lead content creation for marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing teams to influence strategy
• Conduct research on industry trends and changes
• Shadow senior team members on high-profile content initiatives
• Develop a blog to be published under the intern's name by the end of the program

Requirements

• Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university
• Rising senior level education status at the start of the internship
• Graduating between August 2025 and May 2026
• Ability to work 40 hours per week during the 10-week program
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
